The Notes function in the myEvents app allows notes to be saved to the delegate’s own inbox, so nothing is lost after the event, and is especially useful in breakout workshops. These notes can be gathered for review by event organisers.
Managed in real time via a web-based content management system (CMS), the app is fully branded and pre-configured to your event. Our optional online registration system automatically integrates delegate and session data, with each delegate having their own dedicated device featuring a live personalised agenda, direct email access and richly interactive functionality allowing live quizzes and surveys, inter-delegate messaging, direction of downloads and notes to delegates’ inboxes. The system complies with the highest security and privacy standards.

The diary chronologically lists sessions, any of which can be clicked for details of content, presenters, attendees, surveys and associated media files – even a map of how to get there.
All agenda content can be updated by re-synching to the iDevices at regular intervals.
Offline surveys can be undertaken at any time, and are automatically sent to the server for collating and reporting whenever the device reconnects to the network.
Live surveys are typically conducted during the sessions at a pace determined by the facilitator, who can instantly share the results in graph format on the main screen.
